Training may be rescheduled 1 time only with more than 10 days notice. 1-10 days notice will result in a non-refundable charge of $295. No refunds, exchanges or rescheduling will be provided for less than 24 hrs notice or failure to attend. I have read and agree with this statement

I am responsible for obtaining models/volunteers for in-class hands on training, as well as for any additional case studies/apprenticeship program (if applicable). I have read and agree with this statement
