These instructions are to ensure your comfort during your procedure.

All Procedures:

One Week Before

Do not take vitamins E, B6, Omega 3, Ginkgo Biloba, and St. John's Wort unless otherwise instructed by a physician.

24 Hours Before

Avoid alcohol/liquor, aspirin, and any other blood thinners unless otherwise instructed by a physician

Day of Your Appointment

Avoid caffeine (coffee, soda, tea, etc), alcohol/liquor, aspirin, and any other blood thinners unless otherwise instructed by a physician.

We are not able to perform procedures if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please contact us to change your appointment.

If you are getting a procedure on your lips, please ask your physician prescribe you 5 days of medication for cold sores/fever blisters such as Valtrex. The medication is usually taken 2 days before your procedure, the day of your procedure, and 2 days after your procedure (unless otherwise instructed by your physician). This is to prevent any potential outbreak.

Please let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities to ingredients found in topical anesthetics such as lidocaine, tetracaine, or epinephrine.

Certain medical conditions may require a doctor's note that provides medical clearance before we perform the procedure. Please call our office to discuss!

For Brow Procedures:

  • Do not tweeze, wax, thread of epilate at least 3 days before your procedure
  • Do not have any electrolysis procedures to the brow area for at least 7 days before your procedure
  • Avoid Botox for at least 10 days before your procedure
  • Please follow the pre-procedural advice above for 1 week before, day before, and day of instructions. 

For Eyeliner Procedures:

  • Contact lenses must be removed during the procedure, and cannot be worn for 24 hours after the procedure
  • Bring a pair of sunglasses in case of any light sensitivity after the procedure
  • Do not dye, tint, perm or lift your lashes at least 2 days before your procedure
  • Eyelash extensions must be removed before your appointment
  • Do not apply mascara or use an eyelash curler on the day of your procedure
  • Avoid Botox for at least 10 days before your procedure
  • If you have had any type of eye surgery, please consult with your physician about how long you should wait before receiving a permanent eyeliner procedure.

Most physicians will provide a clearance time of 2 months following cataract, lasik and blepharoplasty procedures

  • Please follow the pre-procedural advice above for 1 week before, day before, and day of instructions.

For Lip Procedures:

  • If you have a history of fever blisters or cold sores, please ask your physician to prescribe you 5 days of medication. The medication is usually taken 2 days before, the day of, and for 2 days after your procedure (unless otherwise instructed by your physician). This is to prevent any form of outbreak.
  • Avoid Botox for at least 10 days before your procedure
  • If you have had any type of lip surgery or procedure, please consult with your physician about how long you should wait before receiving a permanent lip procedure. Most physicians will provide a clearance time of 3 weeks following lip filler injections
  • Please follow the pre-procedural advice above for 1 week before, day before, and day of instructions.

For Other Face & Body Procedures:

Please follow the pre-procedural advice above for 1 week before, day before, and day of instructions.

To make changes to your appointment:

Please remember to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to make any changes to your scheduled appointment.

Providing less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit/consultation fee, and a new security deposit/consultation fee is required to schedule another appointment. This includes contacting to cancel/reschedule the day before your appointment, the day of your appointment, or no shows. Upon completion of your consultation and/or procedure, your security deposit/consultation fee will be credited towards the total balance of your procedure. All security deposits, consultation fees and down payments are non-refundable.
