Microblading, also known as Eyebrow Embroidery and/or Eyebrow Feathering, is a form of Permanent Makeup, Soft Tap Technique or Japanese Method Makeup which is implemented using a handheld tool comprised of between 6-14 micro needles in the shape of a blade, hence the name Microblade. This technique is performed without using a machine. Pigment is collected with the Microblades, which is attached to a handheld device, and then deposited into the epidermis, the outermost layer of skin. This technique gives the appearance of extremely fine, crisp and natural looking hair strokes that last up to 2 years. Microblading is a gentler alternative to Permanent Makeup. The color is implanted closer to the surface of the skin and the applied hair strokes appear crisp and very fine. The effects last up to 18 months, after which the pigment fades and leaves the skin. This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of his or her eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present. People suffering from alopecia, trichotillomania or any other conditions that causes hair loss benefit greatly from Microblading, as well as those who simply aren’t happy with their eyebrows. The pigments used in this method have been formulated to match your original eyebrow color, and if the eyebrows are still present, will blend perfectly into your natural brows. The results are a realistic, flawless, fuller looking brow. Definitions Brows Microblading procedure normally requires multiple treatment sessions. For best results, client is required to to return for at least one perfecting treatment service session which is included in the initial service cost. This treatment service is scheduled immediately after the first treatment, and should take place 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure. Pigments during Definition Brows Microblading are not implanted as deep into the skin as a traditional tattoo, or even micropigmentation with an electric permanent makeup device. This allows for healed results of very fine, thin, and crisp hair lines, however, results do not last as long as traditional methods. A color boost is required usually between 12-18 months. A touch-up may be required at 12 months or sooner for oily-skinned clients, those who tan often, or or often expose brow area to certain chemicals (facial peels, chlorine, anti-aging products, etc.). Pigment retention varies depending on skin type, age, aftercare, immune system, medications, certain chemicals, and the type of pigment used. We use only the best quality pigments that heal true to color. All materials used during each and every appointment (including pre-sterilized blades) are 100% disposable. We strictly adhere to Board of Health guidelines for proper infection control practices and follow all State guidelines and Regulations. To ensure best results, make sure your health is in good condition. Get enough rest, & eat well prior to procedure. |
